Porter
to
Property Law Practice
(Milford,
CT, October 31, 2016) - The law office of Carroll, Curseaden &
Moore LLC of Milford is pleased to announce that Attorney Kristina Porter has
joined the firm as an Associate.
Kristina Porter focuses
her practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, land use
and zoning, landlord/tenant law and dispute resolution, and business
and nonprofit formation. Her experience includes representation of real estate
developers, lenders, municipalities, businesses and individuals, in Fairfield
and New Haven Counties and the Connecticut coastline.

"Her background in litigation and experience in real estate and business
matters will be of great benefit to our clients. She is a tremendous

law practice."
Admitted to practice in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court of Connecticut, Ms. Porter’s previous areas of practice focused primarily on real estate litigation. Ms. Porter interned for the Connecticut General Assembly's Judiciary Committee and performed a fellowship at Connecticut Superior Court in New Haven.
Prior
to law school, Ms. Porter taught 7th grade science for two years in Arkansas
through Teach for America. She received a B.A. from the University of
Colorado, Denver and a J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of
Law where she received awards for superior classroom performance and service to
the community.
Ms.
Porter is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and is an active member
of Black Rock Church in Fairfield.
