An important educational opportunity to learn about conflict resolution in the workplace. Most importantly how to stop the conflict before it happens!  Jennifer Fournier from Racebrook Consulting and Mediation and Conflict expert Brock Hotaling from Southern Connecticut State University will give business leaders the tools they need to keep the workplace harmonious and productive.  Lunch will be provided by Honey Baked Ham
