At Coastal Connecticut Counseling we integrate effective evidence-based psychotherapy methods, in a safe and supportive environment, to help clients build resilience and achieve growth. Coastal offers consistent care by providing every client a dedicated clinician with whom they will work weekly throughout their course of treatment. We accept most insurance plans and provide a sliding scale to clients in need of financial support. We offer both in-person and telehealth sessions if you prefer to connect with your therapist from the comfort of your home.
