Are You Sleeping?


Sleep is the sweet balm that restores us at the end of the day. But if sleep is elusive or troubled, the issue is more fraught.  Usually it’s due to stress, travel, illness, or other interruptions to your normal routine. Beth Capobianco, from Community VNA, will present tips on how to get a restful night’s sleep, the potential causes for sleepless nights, and when to seek help. 


            Sleep is a highly complex, hugely debated subject that lies close to all of our hearts. We all know that sleep is vital to maintaining our physical health, mental well being, and ability to function on a day-to-day basis.

            There is a serious need for public awareness and education about sleep health.   The program is free and is held at Milford Library at 57 New Haven Avenue.
