and everyone needing something...leaving us feeling stressed and squeezed. It doesn’t have to be that way!
Please
join Connie Goebel at Milford Library on
Monday, October 24th 7:00-8:30 and learn more about Qigong (chee
gung). This ancient Chinese mind-body
practice helps both energize and calm us, promoting self-healing and increasing
vitality. Chairs will be provided and
you may choose to participate either standing or seated. Either way, you will leave feeling calmer and
equipped with some tools to practice on your own.
Goebel
has been doing Qigong for over 5 years, and she has studied various form of
Qigong with several masters. She is
certified by Daisy Lee to teach Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong, and her studies
in other Qigong forms is ongoing.
Experience
the mind/body practice that is easy on the body and brings peace of mind
