agents will be available to process your applications.
To apply for your U.S. passport, you must:

Submit old passport

Provide one recent Passport Photo – 2x2

1st Time application - A
completed Passport Application Form

o
Submit your original Birth Certificate or Naturalization
Certificate (Your certificate will be mailed to the address on your DS-11
Application)
o
Provide one recent Passport Photo – 2x2
o
Present Valid Photo Identification – (Driver’s
License, State Identification Card, Employee ID or Military ID)
o
Passport Fees
