Author Visit - Best-Selling Writer Mary Simses

Best selling author Mary Simses visits Milford Library on June 22 at 7 pm, to talk about her new novel The Rules of Love and Grammar. This enchanting romance features Grace Hammond, a newly jobless, newly single, and suddenly apartmentless writer. A grammar whiz who's brilliant at correcting other people's errors, she hasn't yet found quite the right set of rules for fixing her own mistakes.

Simses’ first novel, The Irresistible Blueberry Bakeshop and Cafe', was a surprise best-seller. Mary Simses grew up in Connecticut and spent many years in New England working in magazine publishing and later as a corporate attorney, writing fiction on the side. Her short stories have appeared in a number of literary journals. She lives in south Florida with her husband and their daughter.

All are welcome to this author visit. Light refreshments will be served.
