2019 Summer Nights by Harbor Lights

Freeplay, known as "Connecticut's Hottest Party Band" has been entertaining up and down the shoreline since 2006. The band has evolved over the years, featuring front man and Milford resident Jim Pino Jr. on Saxophone/Harmonica/Vocals; Musical director Joey "Pods" Podsiadlo from North Haven, on guitar and vocals; World-class musicians Jerry Langley on bass/vocals, John Henry Langley on guitar/vocals (both from New Haven), Ricky Marshall from Springfield on drums/vocals; and Devon native and musical educator Kenny Trapp on keys. "Never the same show twice" often playing "funkified" takes on audience requests, the band remains booked several times per month, with shows, corporate and private events, and/or weddings (www.freeplaytheband.com). The band is known for its high-energy performances, and ability to tastefully entertain with an eclectic wide range of music. Freeplay has also gained notoriety hosting numerous festivals, and benefits raising millions of dollars, throughout Connecticut. Jim along with Freeplay members also started the annual Beach Jam for Breast Cancer Patient Care at the Westbrook Elks Lodge (the largest Elk benefit event in New England and one of the most successful Elk benefits in the Country!). Get ready for a great time when Freeplay hits the stage!
