MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a
Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, City
Planning, Urban Planning, Public Administration degree or a related field; and Seven (7) years of
senior-level management experience, preferably in a government setting, two (2)
of which are in a supervisory capacity; OR an equivalent combination of
education, training and experience.
