Help Arrives
An innovative program, Until Help
Arrives, presented by representatives from the Milford Health and Fire
Departments, will take place at the Milford Senior Center, Monday, November 6
at 1:00 p.m. The presentation teaches
citizens basic skills to keep people alive until professional help arrives in a
trauma situation. While the Nation’s
emergency medical responders are quick to arrive, any delay between injury and
the initiation of care could have serious consequences.
The Milford Senior Center regularly provides presentations relating
to various programs and discussions that would benefit and interest the public.
A monthly bulletin, available at the
Center and at many public offices and stores throughout the city can be
referred to for the latest programs held at the Milford Senior Center, located
at 9 Jepson Drive.
