Milestones Behavioral Services, is hosting a free, open to the public, expert panel discussion on “Your Retirement and Your Child:  Financial & Estate Planning Considerations for Families with Special Needs Members.”

 The discussion is appropriation for parents, grandparent and anyone interested in planning on how to save so you can retire and your child with special needs can be financially secure.  Taking place on Wednesday, June 5^th, 2019, 6:30-7:30pm at Milestones’ Orange campus at 339 Boston Post Road and available through Facebook Live at MilestonesCT

     The tour is Saturday, June 15 at 1 p.m., with a rain date of Saturday, June 22 at 1 p.m.. Tickets are $5 for adults, and children under 12 are free with paying adults. Parking is available in the DAR parking lot, 55 Prospect St. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Milford Cemetery Office, 35 Gulf St. or at the parking lot on the day of the event.

Come on a scarily good 90-minute Spirits of Milford Ghost Walk, where you’ll be enthralled and entertained with stories about the distraught Paugusset Indian who strangled and killed her two young sons; the three deadly curses cast on Charles Island; why 300-year-old Capt. Stephen Stow has never left his home; the accused Colonial witch buried in Milford Cemetery; and so many more. Blending the macabre with known history, this spirited, lantern-lit walk follows a roughly 1.15-mile loop through downtown Milford, including stops at some of the city's oldest homes and Milford Cemetery. Participants who desire also get the chance to try out paranormal investigation tools like EMF detectors and dowsing rods. Cost for advance tickets is $18 per person. Walk-up ticket price is $23 per person, paid in EXACT CASH only. Children 4 and under are free.
