Therpeutic Acro Yoga

Learn to support and be supported!

Therapeutic AcroYoga is a unique and fun practice that is inspired by yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. Pairs can expect to move through partner stretches, ‘fly’ on each other’s feet, give and receive gentle stretch, traction and Thai massage techniques. This is a great opportunity to be playful and connect with others in a meaningful way!

No experience necessary.

*Partner is NOT REQUIRED.
