Calendar of Events

              There is an opportunity to learn the importance of keeping lungs healthy and knowing signs and symptoms of respiratory disorders during a discussion that will take place at the Milford Senior Center, 9 Jepson Drive, Tuesday, February 5 at 1:00 p.m.  The presentation will review specific exercises and foods that can help make lungs stronger and less prone to breathing issues.  This program also educates ways to stay protected and minimize illness during the winter flu season.
