Regional Water Authority - Keeping Our Water Safe
We have all heard about
the water crisis in Flint, Michigan. Fortunately, we live in an area where the water is relatively uncontaminated. In our region in New Haven County, about 45
million gallons of water per day are used. The Regional Water Authority of South Central Connecticut is responsible
for the cleanliness and safety of the water that comes out of the tap. How
exactly does this happen? This is your opportunity to learn how the
process works.
The program is free and open to all. It
will be held on February 23 at 2 pm in the Program Room of the Milford Public
Library located at 57 New Haven Avenue in Milford.
