There are never any late fees, and using the service through their app couldn’t be any easier. Come down to the library on Thursday, October 11 at 7:00 pm for an informative overview of how to get started using our eAudiobooks for Apple iOS! Award-winning Pantochino Productions Inc. presents the world premiere of “Beat Bugs: A Musical Adventure,” based on the original Netflix series by Josh Wakely inspired by the music made famous by The Beatles. Follow Walter, Crick, Jay, Kumi and Buzz as they go on a mission to defeat Mean Mister Mustard and save Strawberry Fields. Youth Groups in Milford are offering a Can & Bottle Collection.

Drop off from 9:30 AM-11 AM 

A tour of the Old Milford Cemetery will be given by members of the Milford Historical Society on Sat., Oct. 13 at 1 p.m. beginning from the DAR Chapter House parking lot, best accessed by its driveway at 55 Prospect St. (Rain date: Sat., Oct. 20.)

Donations of $5 for adults may be made the day of the event; children accompanied by adults are welcome free of charge; students free. Tickets may also be purchased at the Canvas Patch, 5 River St. or from any Society member.

Parking is limited so it’s best to come early. Tours are given in groups of 15 to 20 and will begin as soon as the first group is formed. This popular tour has been given every October since 2012.

There will be costumed re-enactors at the graves telling the stories of people who lived hundreds of years ago.

The evening will feature samples of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic ciders that guests can order, hors d’oeuvres from Continuum’s new Grassroots Deli, and live music.
