This annual event is in it's 9th year and was started by then 4 year old Mackenzie. When she noticed that the beaches were dirty and she wanted to clean the trash.  This years date is Saturday May 6, 2017 from 10AM to 2PM. 

We will have two check in tables. One at Walnut Beach & one at Silver Sands State Park both in Milford.  The clean up is co-sponsored by The Walnut  Beach Association, Save the Sound and the Stratford Home Depot. As always bags and gloves will be Provided and there will be free ice
cream for the first 100 volunteers compliments of Walnut Beach Creamery.

The Bridgeport Art League was organized in 1895 in Bridgeport, Ct. as the Bridgeport League of Keramic Art. Owing to the increased membership and development of interest in other arts, the name was changed in 1903.
